I rely on reviews when purchasing anything truly so I feel responsible to pen a review. I had a garmin nuvi ( 550 or something similar to that ) for six years and lately it started freezing so I know it was time to get another one. I Adore Garmin and I would not consider anything more, so I purchased this Garmin MT 1450. I was considering weather I should get the traffic option or save the $30 or $40. I looked at this way, most likely I am going to replace this model in five years so it is like paying $6 a year to understand what traffic will be on the way.

That is fifty cents a month, come on now! It’s worthwhile. I commute thirty miles each day each minute I will save from my commute to return home earier and spend it with my folks is worthwhile.

Garmin rocks!

Ordered this primarily based on the positive appraisals of others and my daughter’s experience with hers. Love the dimensions of the screen, straightforwardness of entering information and capability to stash it out of the way when leaving the automobile. I also enjoy the feature of locating stores / eateries close by. Really clear with the lane feature, shows up sufficiently early to be completely sure you are in the right lane before turn.

Adore it! Good gps with huge screen, price good but the info isn’t acceptable. I must use the iphone to find the address first and then input the address to find the location. And a little time the location are at the exact opposite of the road and bring lots of difficulty, perhaps all garmin ( or other gps ) have that issue. Overall experience with garmin is good though not as good as google map. Since I haven’t got unlimited information, I may just as well use these GPS things.
